What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your eShop password, you can easily reset it from the customer menu by clicking the icon. Click on "Forgot your password?" and then enter the email address you entered in your eShop customer account. Then please click on "Send new password". We will then send you a confirmation link via email.

Please note that it may take some time for the email to reach you. Please also check your spam folder. Click on the link in the email so that we send you a new password in another email. With this new password you can log in to your eShop account. You can then change the generated password in your user account.
